We have two levels of pricing, Standard and Executive. In either case you start with the related inventory which is then customized based on your vision or direction, and of course the floor plan of the home you are furnishing. This Introduction will describe both our Standard Package and our Executive Package. After each section, you can download the related pricing as well as inventory. Keep in mind, each package offers both "Single Family Home" and "Condo/Town home" pricing, each with their own specific inventory. Following these two sections, we will discuss some custom options to consider. |

| Executive Package |
|
The Executive Package is the best value in Vacation Home furnishings today and the best choice to furnish your vacation home. If your goal is an excellent quality product with a wide range of fashionable choices, this is the package for you. Our website is designed around this offering. We add new merchandise and delete old merchandise on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. With the assistance of one of our experienced design consultants, we can transform your new home into the beautiful interior you envisioned. Alternatively, give your personal designer the direction you wish them to go in both color and style, and we will put everything together for you, subject to your approval. Standard Package |
Our goal is to offer our clients the best available value, regardless of the amount of their purchase. Our experience tells us that even though we may feel that our Executive Package is the best Furniture Package value in our industry, there is still a need for a more budget friendly, promotionally priced package, especially in today's market place, with a vast majority of home purchases being foreclosures and short sales! For this reason we have designed the "Standard Package". If you are working with a limited budget, but do not want to purchase the used, scratched, dented, and recycled furniture from another home owners foreclosed vacation home, this is the package for you. With price in mind, we have merchandised a limited but excellent selection of sturdy, great looking furniture from which you can select. With the assistance of one of our experienced design consultants, you can mold you own exciting interior, or better yet, explain your preferences, and we will put it all together for you, ready for your approval! You also receive a complete one year warranty on everything we put in your home (normal wear and tear excluded).

| Custom Painting |
The most beautiful furnishings, can fall short of meeting your expectations, if all the interior walls in your home are white. We can correlate custom paint colors through-out your home, or suggest strategic accent walls in one or more rooms based on your budget. We can select the colors for you, and you can have the painting done yourself, or we can co-ordinate the painting with our furniture installation and take care of it for you as part of your package. | Game Rooms |
|
A game room is an excellent addition to your vacation home. You can view game room options in our "Additions" section. As it is our goal to assist you in giving you the best value in all areas, game rooms are unique. We are a true furniture company, and purchase those items which go into your furniture package on a truly wholesale basis, and as a division of Hudson's Furniture Showrooms, we are able to negotiate the best pricing in our market. We are not a games room specialist.

| Electronics (Theatre rooms) |
We supply a limited number of Flat panel HD LCD TVs in our initial package pricing. Should you wish to have additional TVs added to your package, we are happy to oblige, and will offer the best pricing available, on the products we supply. We can also offer custom installations, as in wall mounting flat panel TVs as well as custom sound systems. With that in mind, we strive to give our customers the best pricing available. When it comes to electronics, we can offer you the convenience of the completed interior, with TVs in place, and one place to call if there is a problem. You will pay slightly more than if you went bargain shopping yourself, but most of our clients will agree, time is money, and it is a wonderful thing when it is all complete upon you arrival!
