We offer three ranges of pricing for our Furniture Packages; Sterling, Sterling Plus and Executive for both Single Family Homes and Condo/Townhomes. We guarantee our pricing and when comparing Apples to Apples for a whole house furniture package, will not be beat. We will not only offer you more entry level brands than our competition, but will also offer you high end furniture brands not available to our competitors. Each section below will detail the related package and what makes it different from the other packages we offer. Keep in mind, each package offers both Single Family and Condo/Townhome pricing, each with their own specific inventories.
Sterling Package
Our goal is to offer our clients the best available value in affordable home furnishings, regardless of how much they spend. Our experience tells us that the Executive Package is the best choice based on a better quality product, but we also know there is still a need for a more budget-friendly furniture package. For this reason, we have developed the "Sterling Package". If you have a limited budget and want products that will stand up to the short-term rental environment with an inviting interior needed to attract bookings, look no further; our Sterling Package is what you need.
Don't settle for used products or lower-priced packages that claim to be the same as those we offer at slightly higher prices. As a Division of Florida's #1 Retailer, Hudson's Furniture, we are truly in the furniture business. We purchase everything we offer at wholesale volume discounts and do not shop at retail discount stores to furnish your home. With our Sterling Package, we can do less expensive far better than our competition does "cheap".
* We use premium mattress sets from Sherwood in all of our packages. Nothing is more important than a quality mattress set when you're on vacation. Nothing will ruin a vacation quicker than a cheap mattress set. It is an item hidden in a furniture package that can save the vacation home furnishings company money, reducing the cost of their packages! Our beds have a 10 Year Non-Prorated Warranty which is one of the best in the industry.

Sterling Plus Package
Over time, many of our clients who purchased the Sterling Package because of price and value were going a few steps further.
With the assistance of one of our talented Designers, they were creating looks of more expensive interiors without spending a great deal of additional money. This is the concept that has become our "Sterling Plus Package".
We have included the key upgrades and additions and has become our most popular package. The end result is a more upscale look without the more upscale pricing!
What's The Difference Between Sterling And Sterling Plus?
- Budgets for furniture are increased over those in Sterling.
- Added a console table to the entry or another key area of the home.
- Accent chairs or benches are included in master bedrooms (Space permitting).
- Accent chairs are included in the main living areas (Space permitting).
- Increased the art and decor budget. Wall art as well as proper decor makes a huge difference in a home.
- Color is added with painted accent walls throughout the design.
- Hair dryers with storage bags are included in full baths.
- Stainless steel (Rather than plastic) soap dish, and trash cans in bathrooms.
- Pool Towels and plastic dinnerware (Quantities based on occupancy and whether a pool is included in the home)
- The TVs in the main living areas are upgraded from 55" to 65" Smart TV.
- Master Bedroom TVs are upgraded from 40" to 50" TVs. Alternate bedroom TVs are upgraded from 32" to 40" TVs. All TV's used are Smart Roku TVs. Cable boxes should not be needed.
- Bed linens upgraded from 200 to 250 thread count.
- All small countertop appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel rather than black.
- Kitchen trash can is stainless steel rather than plastic.
- Plastic hangers upgraded to wood.

Executive Package
Our Executive Package is a more expensive furniture product throughout. With more expensive products comes more choices. All the additions and upgrades mentioned in the Sterling Plus Package are included.
Our Executive Package includes merchandise from vendors you will recognize for quality like Klaussner, Best Chair, Whiteline Modern Living and Liberty, just to name a few. Simply put, this package costs more because the merchandise included is more expensive.
- The art and decor budget is increased from Sterling Plus allowing for more expensive pieces to be included. Wall art as well as proper decor makes a huge difference in a home.
- The TVs in the main living areas are upgraded from 65" to 70" Smart TVs.
- Master Bedroom TVs are upgraded from 50" to 55" Smart TVs. Alternate bedroom TVs are upgraded from 40" to 50" Smart TVs.
- Mattress Sets in the Master bedrooms in our Excutive Package are upgraded to our Ultra Premium Ascott II.
- Bedroom linens are upgaded from 250 count blended to 300 count 100% cotton.
- A 5 Bedroom Single Family Home starts at $62,000. (Exclusive of Sales Tax).

Warranty
At Hudson’s Vacation Interiors, we offer the best warranty available in our industry. We take the standard manufacturer's warranty which is typically one year, and extend it to three years! Anything the manufacturer will cover for one year; we will cover for three.
Beware, it has become a ploy in our industry for new companies with no track record to offer 3 to 5-year warranties with no history to say they will be around should you need them. Orlando furniture stores offer longer warranties than one year, but they are at an additional cost! We have been in business for over 21 years, and our parent company, 42 years. Our warranty is included, and we will be here if you need us.
Exclusions: Electronics (TVs, DVD Players, Gaming Consoles Etc), wall coverings (Wallpaper and murals), game room tables as well as gaming arcades, patio furniture slings, and any bonded leather upholstery all of which will have a one-year warranty. Additional Exclusions may apply. (Consult your designer for details)
